Presently we serve as trusted advisors to a broad range of clients across geographies and industries, including several Fortune 500 companies. We are excited to be rapidly expanding our team and are now seeking a Sales Specialist to help us establish Connor s market presence in MENA, build strong client relationships and execute or close Oracle specific engagements.
Reporting to the Senior Sales and Delivery Manager, the Sales Specialist will own and drive existing and new business opportunities in the region with an initial focus on Oracle. This person will represent Connor in sales and delivery meetings, both with clients, partners, and Oracle licensees.
Overall, we are looking for an innovative individual passionate about sales, who can maintain, build, and upsell existing and future Connor offerings to Oracle accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Oracle Global License Advisory Services (GLAS) and License Management Services (LMS), Account Managers and Sales representatives (Direct and Channel)
Build and maintain value-added partnerships with resellers, distributors, and technology providers in MENA to drive new revenue enhancement opportunities for Connor
Interact with cross functional teams at clients and licensees and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Obtain high-level understanding of licensee s IT infrastructures, before addressing the compliance position with licensees / end customers
Manage towards audit KPIs including deadlines and budgets
Deliver on annual revenue targets for MENA along with service delivery KPIs
Independently prepare client deliverables such as pricing, quotes/offers and invoices with support from Connor s center of excellence teams (Madrid and India)
Actively drive sales pursuits in vendor license non-compliant situations, while identifying opportunities for new vendor deployment products and services
Position Connor Software Advisory, Revenue Enhancement and/or GRC services post-audit to help transform customer relationships for vendors
Drive ongoing vendor software resell and Connor service opportunities with new or existing auditees–jid-
